The Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association increased their per vehicle rate from $170 to $192 (13% increase) per vehicle effective 7/1/2018. This will be the highest assessment amount per vehicle in MCCA’s history.

Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association names new executive director
Longtime leader Gloria Freeland to retire in March
Former state of Michigan treasurer Kevin Clinton has been named executive director of the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association.
Clinton will replace Gloria Freeland, who is set to retire in March after a 40-year career and serving as executive director for 25 years, the nonprofit announced Wednesday.

Michigan Insurance Hall of Fame Accepting Nominations for 2017 Inductees
Do you know someone who has made significant contributions to Michigan’s insurance and risk management industry? Nominate them for induction into The Michigan Insurance Hall of Fame. Nominations are due by March 15, 2017.
