Greeting CPCUs!

2020 was certainly a year filled with personal and professional challenges. The Society pivoted quickly and member benefits continued to flow. One thing that also continued during these challenging times was the work by the Interest Group Task Force to launch the new and improved Interest Group structure and ultimately the delivery of benefits to all members.

In advance of In2Risk 2021, the final implementation plans were revealed and the Interest Groups began to execute on that plan. Our now 8 interest groups (formerly 14) have begun to make the necessary adjustments, with 2021 as our transition year. Progress has been amazing and we are well ahead of schedule.

Look for additional information from the Task Force highlighting the changes. All involved are excited to share how Interest Groups will continue to provide an opportunity for added benefits for all members. Continue to check out the Monday Message, Interact, the Society web page, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn for more details. If you want a sneak peak of some of the content the Interest Groups are providing, check out the monthly Interest Groups Road Shows (schedule and content is available on Interact). These sessions created in partnership with all Interest Groups and are open to Society members, candidates, RMI students and all industry professionals.

Keep a lookout for more information about the changes and how you can become an Interest Group member, the thought leaders and content creators of the CPCU Society.
