Seven years after its release, the Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), 2013 additional insured (AI) language gets first decision in Charter Oak Rre Ins. Co. v. Zurich Am. Ins. Co., No. 19-cv-4212 (UL), 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 74002 (S.D.N.Y.Apr. 27, 2020).
