Adam Kutinsky, JD, CPCU
Adam takes a leadership role in its insurance coverage and commercial litigation practice groups. His focus in on complex insurance coverage disputes as well as property, liability and insurance agent errors & omissions cases. He is a frequent lecturer and author on the subjects of insurance and risk management, having been published in Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Mr. Kutinsky received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University. In 2012, the CPCU Society Claims Interest Group named him person of the year at its annual meeting in Washington DC.
